Question 1

How does the matching process work?

Accepted Answer

You answer 5 short questions about your situation, capital, location, hands-on preference, and timeline. We match you with suppliers that fit your budget and situation, and we may earn a referral fee from a supplier if you become their customer.

Question 2

Is the matching service free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The service is free. We may receive a referral fee from the matched manufacturer if you become a customer, but this never affects your price or our matching logic.

Question 3

Will my information be shared with multiple companies?

Accepted Answer

No. We share your details only with the single matched manufacturer. We do not sell your information to third parties or run multi-vendor blast inquiries.

Question 4

How quickly will I hear back?

Accepted Answer

A specialist from the matched manufacturer typically reaches out within one business day — usually with a short discovery call to confirm your site, capital, and timeline.

Question 5

What if I'm just researching?

Accepted Answer

That's the smartest place to start. If you tell us you're just researching, we won't hard-match you to a manufacturer — we'll point you to the Ice Vending Playbook so you can run the numbers first.
